The Hawaiian Style Volleyball Club’s 14s team captured gold at the No Dinx/NCVA Far Western National Qualifier, winning their division Monday at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nev.

Hawaiian Style went 10-0 over three days, defeating NorCal Volleyball Club 25-16, 25-23 in the championship match. With their title, the Valley Isle club earned a bid to the Girls Junior National Championships, set for June 26-July 5 in Las Vegas.

Players on the championship squad included Keani Domingo, Ariana Naipo, Alohalani Chun, Amanda Naipo, Natronai Anana, Ku’uleimokihana Manaois, Lilinoe Paschoal and Archer Fabrao. Albert Paschoal is the team’s head coach, and Sheryl Paschoal is the assistant coach.

The Far Westerns included more than 800 teams in 13 divisions.
